Q How do I pay for my membership? A We accept credit cards, cash, eftpos and cheque. Automatic payment option available (conditons apply).
Q What do I need to bring with me when I join up? A Payment required when joining, if joining on Automatic payment you will need to bring your bank account details.
Q What should I bring along to the centre? A Remember to bring your access swipe card, a small sweat towel and a water bottle. Filtered water is available in the Fitness Rooms, so you can bring an empty water bottle and fill it up at one of the water fountains.
Q What should I wear? A We recommend you wear comfortable, light, and breathable clothes that have been designed for physical activity and that you can move in, do have respect for your fellow gym-goers. Wear only closed shoes such as cross-trainers or running shoes. Appropriate clothing and footwear is essential.
Q Will someone help me to get started when I get there? A Absolutely. All members go through an optional initial programme which involves a 30-minute consultation with a fitness professional to get you started.
Group Classes:
Q I have never done group exercise before. Can I simply join in? A A firm favourite among our existing members, we have no doubt that you will love our group exercise classes. So simply grab your sports shoes and a sweat towel, dress comfortably so you can move, and make your way to a class of your choice. Grab a timetable from reception or view online.
Q Do I have to pay extra for classes? A No. As a member, all classes are free (except RPM) and included in your membership.
Q Do I have to book for classes? A It is essential to book for RPM. Paymetn required when booking. Please book these at reception. No phone bookings accepted.
